  You design in 3D so what you see is what you get. Buy only when your satisfied. Place your order and we'll ship your creation to you!

How are your products made?

Kraftwurx uses Direct Digital Manufacturing, also called Rapid Prototyping or additive fabrication to produce your products. These are fancy names to describe some amazing technology. We literally print your product in 3D when you order it. This allows us carry an infinite array of products, most of which we can ship in 24-48 hours.

We want you to love your one-of-a-kind product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let both the seller and Kraftwurx know. Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom made products, you cannot return products purchased on Kraftwurx however; we may at our discretion, re-print your product if it is found to be defective.

Your credit card transactions are 100% secure.Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for encrypting all payment information. Your data will arrive privately and unaltered to our server and no one will gain access to your personal information.

 

How do I make a return?

Kraftwurx products are produced completely on-demand just for you. Due to the nature of customized products we cannot accept your product for return once payment has been received an your order has been processed. We may, at our discretion, cancel an order if it is possible. Once production begins however; we cannot cancel any orders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most international locations, which includes over 100 countries. International orders may take longer to arrive (10 - 14 business days for delivery in transit).
